Knyght Ryder is a five-piece live band from Long Beach playing all genres of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. We've played weddings from Laurel Canyon to Cabo, and the dance floor fills up the same way every time.

You tell us the songs you love and the ones you never want to hear. We write the rest of the night for your crowd, keep the toasts on time, and play music between sets so the energy never drops.

A one-artist show is a great night for that artist's fans. Your guest list is bigger than that. In one night we go from The Smiths to Metallica to Backstreet Boys to Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre: all genres of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, played live.

Your parents get their moment, your college friends get theirs, and the dance floor never waits around for a hit that might not come. You tell us the songs you love and the ones to skip. We read the room and steer the rest of the night where the crowd wants to go.

Questions people ask

How much does a wedding band cost?

Our wedding rate is $6,500 for up to two hours of music within an hour of Long Beach. With full sound production it comes to about $8,100. Every quote is itemized, and sound is passed through at our vendor's cost.

Do you need a deposit?

For the most part, no. You pay in full by the day of the event. If we have to pay for sound, lighting or travel up front, we may ask for that part in advance.

Can you handle the ceremony and the toasts?

Yes. We bring wireless mics for toasts and can play music between sets. If you want us to make the announcements, MC duties are $350.

Do you use backing tracks?

No. If you hear a keyboard part or a harmony, someone on stage is playing or singing it.

Can we pick the songs?

Yes. Tell us the songs you really want and the ones you never want to hear, and we write the rest of the set for your crowd. Anything on our song list is free. A new song is $500 to learn.

Will the same band show up?

Yes. The same five musicians at every show. If a sub is ever needed, you approve them first.
