Milestone birthdays, block parties, fundraisers, galas and casino stages. Knyght Ryder plays all genres of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s live, and we've been doing it since 2002.

We bring the band, and we can bring full sound and stage lighting too. You bring the guests. We will make a backyard work, and at casinos we can play as late as you like.

A one-artist show is a great night for that artist's fans. Your guest list is bigger than that. In one night we go from The Smiths to Metallica to Backstreet Boys to Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre: all genres of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, played live.

The 80s kids get their moment, the 90s kids get theirs, and the dance floor never waits around for a hit that might not come. You tell us the songs you love and the ones to skip. We read the room and steer the rest of the night where the crowd wants to go.

Questions people ask

How much does a party band cost?

Parties, fundraisers and casino events are $5,500 for up to two hours of music within an hour of Long Beach, or about $7,100 with full sound production.

Can you play in a backyard?

Yes. We need three 20-amp circuits, or two generators outdoors. A 16 by 24 foot stage is ideal for big events, but we will make a backyard work.

Do you work with charities?

We stay close to our published rates, but for charity events it never hurts to ask.

Do you use backing tracks?

No. If you hear a keyboard part or a harmony, someone on stage is playing or singing it.

Can we pick the songs?

Yes. Tell us the songs you really want and the ones you never want to hear, and we write the rest of the set for your crowd. Anything on our song list is free. A new song is $500 to learn.

Will the same band show up?

Yes. The same five musicians at every show. If a sub is ever needed, you approve them first.
